Summer To Dos

So recently I have begun to feel old. Not the kind of old where I am having health problems or losing my sight but the kind of old where I realize I am truly an adult. I know it is silly because I've been an adult for over four years but, to be honest, I haven't really felt like one. Now I do. The majority of my friends have graduated college and I spend my weekends visiting them. Also, it takes me a lot longer to recover from all-night partying than it used to. These are definite signs of getting old.

In an attempt to reclaim my youth, I have developed a plan of things to do before the end of summer. Or maybe before graduation. I'm aiming for the end of summer. Anyways, here are a few of the things I want to do. Don't judge because some of them are a bit childish.

  • Become a runner
  • Play in a sprinkler
  • Run through the fountains on campus
  • Float the river
  • Dance with friends - without alcohol
  • Have a girls weekend somewhere fun - man hunt and laughing at each others expense is required
  • Go to the beach - spending the whole time tanning does NOT count
  • Go somewhere where cowboy boots are completely acceptable and maybe even encouraged
  • Drive around with friends: windows down and music blaring - dancing and singing is a must
  • Watch the sun rise (or set, I'm not picky)
  • Do something completely spontaneous
  • Watch the fireworks on the 4th - wearing red, white or blue is also a requirement
  • Learn to become photogenic

I feel like this is a bucket list. Oh well. This is my last college summer so I'd like to do it in a youthful style.

XOXO
